That several conflicts of interest prevail, remains obvious.Stated in general terms, a reduction in mean lake levels would perhaps favor agricultural interests whereas various degrees of increase in lake levels would be beneficial to Tourism, Recreation and Wildlife interests. The establishment of a range of operation necessitates a compromise between these interests.
