The questionnaire was mailed to the entire membership of the B.C. Cattlemen's Association.This membership includes most of the ranchers of B.C.: 1,649 ranchers at the time of mailing. A good response rate of 15.6% was achieved (256 useable returns). Results of the survey were analysed through the statistical methods of univariate analysis and cross-tabulations.Results are summarized for each of the major sections of the report below.
