Abstract: The purpose of this report is to: describe Repap Manitoba's forest industry development proposed for northern Manitoba (based on information provided by Repap Manitoba); describe the environmental impact assessment (EIA) of this development, particularly the studies being undertaken to support the EIA; describe the related environmental licencing and review process; describe how the public can participate in the EIA and the review process.
