(some col.) , maps ; 28 cmOnline resources: Abstract: In response to a meeting between Underwood McLellan Ltd. and Ducks Unlimited on April 12, 1984 a proposal was submitted, dated April 17,1984, to provide for an engineering investigation of the Rolling River.The engineering investigation was primarily concerned with the probable impact of excluding Proven Lake from the Rolling River during times of high flow. Of particular concern was the likely impact on the height of water levels and duration of high levels at Mr. Wetteland's property at the northeast corner of 17-18-18 WPM. On April 19, 1984 a letter authorizing Underwood McLellan Ltd. to proceed with the study was issued by Ducks Unlimited Canada. This report is submitted in compliance with the terms of reference (contained in Appendix E) and subsequent discussions during the course of the study.
