In addition, this report attempts to summarize the current information on the impacts of the project on fish and wildlife habitats in a concise reference format that will be useful in understanding those impacts. It is recognized that many sociologic and political considerations not covered in this review are relevant to the controversies that have engulfed the entire Garrison Diversion project,and plans for mitigating its impacts on wildlife in particular.
