The main features to be investigated area as follows: 1. Evaluate the Engineering costs contained in the Delta report (Wildlife Section) and estimate the present day costs to develop the project. 2. Investigate the significance of the aggradation and erosion of the old and new Saskatchewan river channels respectively as it affects the water supply to the pro-ect via the dragline channel. 3. Review the value of the Sipanok channel as a source of water redundant for the project. 4.Consider Manitoba's requirement for water in the Carrot River Triangle.5. Formulate, in consultation with Saskatchewan staff, a Management plan, development schedule and draft agreement for the project.
