(various pagings) : maps ; 28 cmOnline resources: Abstract: Drawdown management on Ducks Unlimited (DU) projects in the Saskatchewan River Delta (SRD) in Manitoba has been an ongoing program since the early 1980's. Complete documentation was implemented in 1985 with the goal of understanding the drawdown process and its associated affects more fully, as well as establishing a permanent record of procedures and results. Initially, much of the drawdown management effort was targetted at the Summerberry Marsh Complex (SMC). The completion of the Carrot River Triangle (CRT) in the late 1980's and the re-development of the Reader-Root (RRT) Complex now provides the capability for intensive habitat management throughout the SRD. Basins in CRT and RRT will receive much of the focus for drawdown activities in the near future.Item type | Current library | Collection | Call number | Status | Notes | Date due | Barcode |
