(2) to provide a general methodology for resolving conflicts between wildlife and agricultural resource users. In fulfilling the above study objectives, three development objectives are adopted: (1) to increase income opportunities for Manitobans, (2) to increase recreation opportunities for Manitobans, (3) to protect wildlife habitat from irreparable damage.
